Its working process is roughly as follows: The bulk stone material is uniformly sent to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder through the bin for coarse crushing. The coarse crushed stone is sent to the cone crusher (or the impact crusher) by the belt conveyor for intermediate crushing. The medium crushed stone is sent to the vibrating screen by the belt conveyor for screening. The finished sand (under the screen) is sent to the sand washing machine by the belt conveyor (or the air screening machine to remove the soil, dust, etc.) after cleaning, and then sent to the finished material pile by the belt conveyor; The large particle stone (on the screen) is sent to the impact crusher (sand making machine) by the belt conveyor for fine crushing, and the fine crushed stone is sent to the vibrating screen again by the belt conveyor for screening, so as to form a closed loop multiple cycles.

  1, conducive to environmental protection
